Privacy Policy

BrandDeal (“we”, “us”) is an affiliate and referral marketplace operated by Snow Labs. Brands list products with commissions, and affiliates (creators and influencers) get referral links and earn commissions when their referrals convert. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile photo. We use Google Sign-In only to create and authenticate your account.

Affiliate data. If you join as an affiliate, we collect your public handle and profile details, and payout details you provide (such as your PayPal email or the connected payout account used to pay your commissions).

Referral tracking data. To run the program we record referral activity generated by your links — clicks, conversions, order values, and the commissions earned on them — along with the campaign or sub-id you attach to a link.

Brand and organization data. If you list products as a brand, we collect your organization’s name, the products and commission terms you publish, and the payout account you connect to receive funds and pay affiliates.

Limited usage data. Basic, privacy-respecting product analytics (e.g. page views) to keep the service working. We do not build advertising profiles.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use these solely to create your account, sign you in, and display your profile within BrandDeal. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers below that operate the service on our behalf. BrandDeal’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To provide the service: run the affiliate program, generate and resolve your referral links, attribute conversions to the right affiliate, calculate and pay out commissions, and send transactional emails (sign-in codes, payout and account notifications). We also use it to keep the marketplace fair — for example, to detect fraud and invalid referrals.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate BrandDeal: Convex (database and hosting), EmailMate / Amazon SES (sending email), Stripe (payments and Stripe Connect payouts), LemonSqueezy (payments), and Google (sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for as long as we need to settle and report on commissions and payouts. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We remove your data within a reasonable period after a verified request, except where we must retain it to comply with law or to resolve payment and tax obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. Payment and payout details are handled by our payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

BrandDeal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here and update the “last updated” date above.
