Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BrandDeal (the “Service”), operated by Snow Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

BrandDeal is an affiliate and referral marketplace. Brands list products with commission terms, and affiliates get referral links and a public page to promote them. When a referral converts, the affiliate earns a commission and we facilitate the payout. Some features — such as click and conversion tracking — are best-effort and depend on factors outside our control (see Disclaimers).

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use BrandDeal. You may participate as an affiliate, as a brand, or both.

Commissions are earned only on qualifying conversions that are correctly attributed to your referral link, and they are subject to approval. Conversions tied to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, or cancelled orders may be reversed (clawed back) and the corresponding commission withheld or deducted from future earnings.

Approved commissions are paid via Stripe Connect to the payout account you connect. Any payout minimums and timing are described in-product and are handled on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes on amounts you earn.

Don’t use BrandDeal to commit fraud or manipulate tracking — including self-referral abuse, fake or incentivized conversions, cookie stuffing, or generating clicks or orders you don’t genuinely refer. Don’t spam, send unlawful or misleading promotions, misuse brands’ trademarks, impersonate others, or attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. We may withhold commissions and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

If you list products as a brand, you’re responsible for the accuracy of your listings and commission terms, for honoring approved commissions, and for funding the connected payout account used to pay affiliates. You must have the right to sell what you list and to offer the commissions you publish.

You own the content you create — your profile, links, and promotional materials. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. Brands retain rights to their own marks and assets and grant affiliates only a limited right to use them to promote the listed products.

BrandDeal is free to join. We take a platform fee (a percentage of commissions) on qualifying transactions, described in-product. Payments and payouts are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe and LemonSqueezy) and are subject to their terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Tracking and attribution are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on browsers, cookies, ad blockers, and third-party systems; we do not guarantee that every click or conversion will be tracked or attributed. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snow Labs and BrandDeal are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost commissions, data, or content, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using BrandDeal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Commissions tied to fraud or abuse may be forfeited.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
